And here is a map of the area.

Now to me the map is a little confusing, as you can see there is a light yellow color in select cities so I am not sure if the yellow area is the complete “hotspot” or it’s just a general area. For example the “hotspot in Prestonsburg is the yellow box #2 but as you can see almost the complete Prestonsburg area is shaded yellow. So does that mean that the free wifi access is available throughout Prestonsburg? I’m really going to have to get me a new laptop battery and new wifi card to do some testing.
